At Kids Club, we strive to provide high-quality kids' clothing that you and your little ones will love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, accessories, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in case of defective or incorrect items received.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • We offer size and product exchanges (subject to stock availability).
  • If your desired exchange is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

🚚 Return Process

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as processing begins.
